Production and Processing
Many of our products are made to order. Production and processing times vary by product, personalization requirements, and order volume.
Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Please review any product-specific estimates before ordering.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the product, destination, and shipping service. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
Holiday demand, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery. If you need a gift by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can help you assess the available options.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking.
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@momsrighthandmiami.com with your order number. We will investigate with our production partner or shipping carrier and help resolve the issue.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check around your delivery location and with household members, then contact us promptly.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
